Nigerian Pastor Gifts A Lincoln Navigator SUV To A Kogi King - Photos

A Nigerian pastor, Bishop Sam Zuga gave a brand new SUV to a Nigerian king. According to reports, he donated a Lincoln Navigator SUV Jeep to the King of Ejule Land and promises to donate 100 car to Nigerians in 2020.

According to the facebook page of Bishop Sam Zuga, it was revealed that the car was given to the pastor on Thursday, November 7th. 

Although the king is a Muslim, the Onu/District head of Ejule Chief; Alhaji Abdullahi Amanabo was so happy to receive Bishop Sam Zuga in Kogi again, as well as accepted the beautiful car gift, after the man of God prayed for him and the entire land.

In the photos shared on Facebook, the pastor was dressed in white traditional wear while the king who knelt down for prayers also wore his traditional regalia wear with a blue and gold cloak draped on his shoulders.

Kogi 2019 is definitely going to be an interesting one full of surprises and twists. Remember, we reported about the G-Wagons that Gov. Yahaya Bello is rolling out for campaigns. This time around, Igala sons and daughters decided to do something unique for their monarch, by buying the Igala king a 160-million naira Royal White sparkling Rolls Royce Phantom.

According to reports, Igala Sons in Governor Bello’s Government led by the 45year old Deputy Governor Of Kogi State, His Excellency Chief Edward Unekwuojo Onoja (CIK), Senator Jibrin Isah Echocho, APC members of the National and the State Assemblies from Kogi East, Hon. Commissioners and Special Advisers have gifted the traditional ruler with Royal White sparkling Rolls Royce Phantom.

Speaking at the presentation yesterday, the Deputy Governor who holds the traditional title of Olimene of Attah said, “HRM Attah Igala as King Of the 9th Largest Ethnic Nationality in Nigeria is the face of the Igala nation and his appearance must show class, royalty and purity. We give thanks to Governor Yahaya Bello who lifted a lot of progressive-minded and passionate leaders in just a few years.”

Senator Jibrin Isah in his remark commended the young but vibrant Deputy Governor for believing in the land of his birth and placing the people first. “A new Igala land has emerged. This is the same way we jointly built The “Unyi Udama Amo ma Igala”( Igala Unity House) under the able leadership of His Excellency, Chief Edward Onoja and we are set to complete two guest houses at Ayingba- Dekina And Ankpa for the exclusive use of our royal father the Attah Igala. We are not Billionaires but united lovers of their kingdom.”

See Exotic Cars Kogi State Gov Is Using For Campaigns - Photos

It's no longer news that Gov. Yahaya Bello is seeking re-election into office come November which is some few weeks away. To kick off his campaign, the youngest governor in Nigeria decided to paint the town in amazing colours. He has decided to do something unique, he got some new G-Wagons numbering about 30 according to the pictures we saw on the social media all branded with his pictures and his party symbol.

Kogi state has been rated as one of the states in Nigeria whose workers are being owed a backlog of 36 months salary. It is also on records that most of Kogi roads and highways are nothing to write about.

We can't confirm if these cars are self-funded or a donation by one of the party members, no matter the case, we wish the people of Kogi State well in their endeavours.

See The Vehicles Innoson Motors Supplied To Kogi State Government

In a bid to promote local and homegrown companies, the Kogi State Government has purchased 10 units of vehicles from Innoson Motors. This is in a bid to promote and encourage the company.

The vehicles supplied include pickups and a bus. The vehicles were meant for the Kogi State Internal Revenue Services.

Innoson has been named as a homegrown company which makes its cars in Nigeria. According to the company, all its cars are 100% made in Nigeria.

Kogi State NYSC Staff Vehicle In A Ghastly Accident - Photos

This is definitely a trying moment for corp members across the country as another tragedy stuck in Kogi State. According to reports, Kogi State NYSC Staff vehicle was involved in a ghastly accident along Lafia, Makurdi road. The occupants in the vehicle were later rushed to a Specialist Hospital, Lafia. There was no report of deaths as those injured are said to be responding to treatments.

Meet Joy Onoja: A Traffic Warden Who Discharges Her Duty Passionately In Kogi - Photos

A portion in the holy book says, Seest a man diligent in his business? He shall stand before kings. This same portion can be said of a Kogi State traffic warden who has gone viral due to dedication to her work, her smile and how she has performed excellently well even in the face of anger, insults and adversity. In a post dedicated to her on social media, Mrs. Onoja was said to be a traffic warder who carries diligence and dedication. Read below...

The words ‘diligence’ and ‘dedication’ come to life in the personality of an outstanding traffic warden who is the cynosure of all eyes in Lokoja Metropolis - Mrs. Onoja Joy. Her excitement seemed palpable when she explained:

“I started working with the Nigerian police force in April 2003 and in those years I was privileged to serve in the Traffic Unit of the Force. I count it a privilege because it has been a lifelong dream of mine to be a traffic warden, as a young lady, I will get really thrilled when I travel across highways and see traffic controllers gyrate in tune with the movement of vehicles. I would say to myself “I must surely become one of them someday”.

I have made lots of friends since I started this job and I am loved by old and young, rich and poor. What makes me stand out is the apparent energy and zest with which I discharge my duties. Most people have described me as having no shame and relying on some narcotic drug or the other to be able to do what I do, I simply ignore such comments because I am a proud born-again Christian belonging to the Deeper Life denomination up until I joined my husband’s Mountain of Fire Church.

 I have been given a couple of awards locally and I get financial gifts from people who appreciate what I do especially when they find out I am not just a wife but a mother of five.”

Rotimi Amaechi Inspects Ajaokuta- Itakpe Warri Rail Line

All is now set for the official take-off of the Itakpe-Warri-Ajaokuta Standard gauge rail, the first standard gauge rail in Nigeria. According to reports, the rail was abandoned since 1987 but it is now completed and being test run. The rail is very critical to the Ajaokuta Steel Complex for movement of raw materials and finished products.

The minister of transportation, Mr. Rotimi Amechi met with the contractors and some members of his cabinets where they test the rail from Warri to Kogi (Ajaokuta).

It is being said that when the Itakpe-Warri Rail is completed, commuters will be able to travel from Kogi State to Delta State by Rail, passing through Ajaokuta, Uromi, Agbor, and Abraka. In the next phase, the line will extend from Itakpe to Abuja.
