Innoson Motors: A New Logo Underway? Check Out The Proposed New Logo For IVM

A graphic designer named Osuolale Farouq has proposed a new design to Nigeria's foremost car maker, Innoson Motors. This is coming on board after Innoson's trend online last week over the presentation of their BBNaija's car to the winner.

Farouq took to his twitter page on Tuesday to solicit for RTs and likes so that Innoson can see his new design, according to his tweets, he said,

So I'm proposing a new logo for @innosonvehicles If this comes across your timeline, please retweet.

One amazing thing about Farouq's design is that each of the letters has a story to tell which makes it unique and outstanding. Notable Nigerians and celebrities have been commending the designer for having unique and amazing creativity which can compete anywhere in the world.

Innoson Motors has decided to throw the challenge open to the twitter folks by asking them to decide maybe to retain its old logo or change to a newer one. According to the tweet by IVM, it tweets,

“Another logo for the African Pride #IVM. Let’s settle this.

Like for our current logo

Retweet for the new logo

Thanks @osuolale_farouq for the design”.

It will be recalled that Innoson has been using the same logo on its cars since when the company started production, this will be the first it will be considering rebranding and changing its logo.

Anambra State Government Donates 110 Innoson Vehicles To Security Operatives, Launches Operation Kpochapu 2

The governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano commissioned the Operation Kpochapu 2 and launches the SMART CITY SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM in Anambra with 111 Smart Security Vehicles and over 70 Smart motorcycles for the Nigerian Police, Navy, Army, DSS, NSDC, correctional services, immigration services etc.

The governor appointed a retired Airforce General, Air Vice Marshal, Ben Chiobi, an experienced Fighter Pilot, as Special Adviser to spearhead and administrate the Creative Security policy.

Since coming on board Akpokuodike’s team, the AVM, working in concert with others, has come with the Anambra State Integrated Security Surveillance (ANISS), a platform for unveiling the creative security solutions powered by ICT.

Essentially, Operation Kpochapu-2 involves the provision of improved logistics support and motivation for the Police and other security agencies that operate jointly in a coordinated fight against crime and criminality. A total of one hundred and eleven cars, trucks, buses and 71 motorbikes form the crux of the renewed approach. The vehicles are already fitted with Communication gadgets, special light effects and other equipment for effective operations. The motorbikes will help reach areas not easily accessible by cars.

On the other hand, the ANISS will emplace a multimedia crime-fighting package that integrates pictures, videos and data analytics against the hitherto limiting system of reliance on reports and voice evidence. Amongst other operations, the ANISS will also articulate all emergency calls and wider surveillance footage in real-time enabled by a sophisticated system in key locations/hotspots across the state. Anambrans are encouraged to access and make calls through toll-free number 112 to report any emergencies for quick response by relevant security agencies.

It is worthy of note that all the vehicles were being supplied by Innoson Motors Company which has its headquarters in Nnewi.

These are pictures of the donated cars and gadgets below...
